We have dogs and cats and needed a waterproof durable floor and went with Luxury Vinyl Planks. They were able to install the next week but when the crew was installing the floor we ordered it wasn't going down perfectly and they contacted the owner. He immediately got in touch with us to explain the issue and went back to the vendor with video and pics to realize it was a defective floor. Stephen then went to get an alternative floor that was in stock and he personally brought it to our home. The floor we went with was actually an upgrade to what we ordered but Stephen kept to the quote and didn't up charge us. The crew was top notch in communication to us and Stephen and really cared about their work not to install floor that was not good. We appreciated them for stopping and taking the time to make sure we were going to be happy with the finished product. Stephen went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience despite the set back. We really love the floor we received and it has made a big improvement to our home. For the price of vinyl downstairs with the other company, I was able to get the flooring replaced throughout the entire home.The sample I picked was out of stock when he went to order it (I was trying to match our furniture).
